Smoother Document Version Management<\/h2>\n
Updating meeting materials and other files is a natural part of board work. In Hippoly, you can confidently upload new versions of documents, even if users have annotated them or made private notes linked to them. Everything remains in place and accessible for users even after the document is updated.<\/p>\n
We\u2019ve now made the process even smoother with a new, improved dialog for adding new document versions. You can also easily browse previous versions, compare content, and when needed restore an older version to become the active one.<\/p>\n

Faster Access to E-Signed Files<\/h2>\n
Say goodbye to time-consuming searches, all e-signed documents are now gathered in one place! In the Quick Access section<\/strong> of the File view<\/strong>, we\u2019ve added two new options E-Signed Minutes<\/strong> and E-Signed Files<\/strong>.<\/p>\nOne click on either gives you a clear list of all documents in the category that are e-signed or in the process of being e-signed, conveniently grouped by year. Perfect for quickly gaining an overview during, for example, an audit or simply ensuring that nothing has been missed in the signing process.<\/p>\n

Flexibility in How Participants Are Shown in Minutes<\/h2>\n
The person drafting the minutes can now choose to hide either all or individual meeting participants in the minutes header. This setting is found in the Edit Attendance<\/strong> dialog and can be useful in several situations, such as:<\/p>\n\n- \n
When participants with an administrative role in the meeting should not be listed as formal attendees in the minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

When information about who attended is instead entered manually under a specific section in the meeting minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

When a voting\/attendance list is attached as an appendix to AGM minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Improved Communication in the Approval Flow<\/h2>\n\n- \n
When the minutes approval process starts in Hippoly, participants now receive not only in-app and push notifications but also email notifications, both when they are assigned the task to approve and when the process is completed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

In-app and push notifications are now sent to the secretary and other approvers when a new comment is added or marked as resolved.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

The secretary can now send reminders to approvers who have not completed their review.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
In addition to the updates above, this version also includes a range of smaller improvements and a number of bug fixes.
