Calendar integration and notifications
Participants personal calendar is automatically updated with the Hippoly meeting. If the meeting, its agenda or the meeting files are updated everyone will get notified.
Write and review minutes

If the minutes are to be reviewed, they are easily shared with assigned reviewers who can comment and provide feedback. The secretary has full control over the process, can make updates and mark comments as resolved.
Sign meeting minutes electronically
Minutes and meeting attachments are easily signed electronically.
To start a signing, just choose who in the team that should sign. Signatories will receive a link via email that will take them to the document.
Signing can be done with BankID or SMS codes. When the minutes are signed and sealed all meeting participant gets notified automatically.
It is not unusual that board meetings needs to take place remotely. It can be a meeting where all participants are in different locations or a situation where some are physically present and some are not.
Hippoly has a built in functionality for video conferencing. It is run directly in the browser and doesn’t require participants to download any extra software to participate.

You can of course use a video service of your choice together with Hippoly. Just add your external video-link to the meeting in Hippoly and you’re all set.
