Meeting minutes

Minutes that get signed, not left lying around

In Hippoly the board writes, reviews and signs the minutes in one flow, with no email threads and no copies scattered around. Done and archived while the decisions are still fresh.

You choose how the minutes come about

Base them on the agenda, start from a blank document or reuse a previous meeting’s minutes. If you go from the agenda, the items become sections, ready to write in.

As secretary you are the only one who sees the minutes until you share them. Then the meeting participants are notified and can read the document right there in Hippoly.

From notes to finished minutes

The secretary takes notes as the meeting runs. When the notes are to become minutes text, hi can suggest a wording.

When the minutes are done, the secretary chooses the path in the same view. The minutes are sent for review, or go straight to signing. Either way the right people are notified automatically. Both the review and the signing happen in Hippoly.

Review without a single round of emails

The reviewer is notified as soon as the minutes are sent for review. One click on the notification or the meeting opens the minutes in review mode, ready to read and comment.

Comments and suggested changes go straight into the minutes. The secretary is notified of every new comment. No versions floating around, nobody wondering which text applies.

E-signing without the detour

The signing starts right in Hippoly. Nothing has to be exported or uploaded into another service. If you want, the supporting documents can go into the same signing package.

Sign with Swedish BankID, Norwegian BankID, Danish MitID or Finnish FTN. Anyone without an e-ID can sign with a code by text message. Follow the signing in real time and remind those who are slow.

Archived without anyone archiving

When everyone has signed, the minutes are locked and the signed PDF is stored automatically in the meeting folder, where every participant can read it. When the auditor asks, or a new member wants to understand an old decision, the answer is a few clicks away.

Moving from another service, you bring the history with you. Older minutes are imported. Files, folders and whole archives are uploaded whenever it suits you.
