Calendar wheel gives you a better overview and simplifies planning of the board year

Already the Aztecs used circular calendars to plan their agricultural work, recurring festivals and religious rites. The most famous calendar was the Sun stone, which was found in Mexico in 1790. It was 3.5 meters in diameter and weighed 24,5 tons.

Now we introduce a slightly more flexible variant in Hippoly and call it Calendar Wheel. The feature gives you an efficient way to visualize the board year, plan meetings and other activities. The Calendar wheel contains all board meetings and other arrangements in an easy-to-understand interface and makes it easier to find slots for additional meetings if necessary. You can quickly navigate between different years for forward planning and backward reflection.

You find the Calendar wheel on the meetings page and you can easily switch between the meeting list and the Calendar wheel. To add new meetings, click in the Calendar wheel on the day on which the meeting is to be held. The meeting dialog will open where you can select who should be invited, add agenda, documents, etc.

If you click on an existing meeting in the Calendar wheel, the meeting will open and you get direct access to the agenda, meeting documents and minutes.

The Calendar wheel is just one of many features in Hippoly to boost digital board work. We are convinced that this visual tool will help contribute to more efficient and smooth board work.
