In the latest version, we’ve made it easier to create and collaborate on documents, smarter to work with AI, and smoother to handle added support to view and e-sign more file formats. We’ve also released something many users have been waiting for, the ability to add your logo to agendas and minutes.

Create and collaborate on documents, directly in Hippoly

With Documents, the board can create, edit, and collaborate on documents directly in the workspace.

Instead of sending versions back and forth via email, you can now:

  • create documents without leaving Hippoly
  • write together in real time
  • let the ai-assistant hi co-write the text with you

When the document is ready, it can easily be saved as a PDF or sent for e-signing.

Whether you’re putting together a policy, a strategy, a shareholder agreement, or meeting materials, the work becomes both faster and more secure.

Search, write, and get help from your personal board assistant hi

Hippoly’s AI assistant hi has gained more capabilities to help you in your day-to-day board work.

You can now use hi to:

  • search for information across meetings, documents, and files
  • summarise materials in seconds
  • write drafts or co-write documents with you
  • get information about what has happened since last time you visited the workspace
  • get help structuring agendas and meeting materials

Everything happens directly in Hippoly. No copying. No cutting and pasting. Just faster and smarter workflows.

Add your logo to agendas and minutes

You can now make your meeting documents more professional and and good looking. Upload your organisation’s logo and have it automatically included in:

  • agendas
  • minutes
  • documents

It’s a small detail that makes a big difference, especially for organisations that want to create a more consistent and professional experience internally and externally.

E-signing of more file types

You can now send more types of documents for signing directly in Hippoly. You’re no longer limited to PDF files,  you can now also e-sign documents in formats like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more. Sign with internal or external parties and follow the process directly in the platform. Smoother for the board. Easier for everyone who needs to sign.

Handling financial reports and spreadsheets in you board work has become easier. You can now preview Excel files directly in Hippoly without having to download them first.
